SECUTRON , established in 1973, is a global brand providing total fire alarm solutions. The SECUTRON line of life safety products includes a complete range of systems and peripheral devices to meet the requirements of any multi-unit residential, commercial, institutional or industrial application.
SECUTRON is part of THE MIRCOM GROUP, the largest independent fire alarm manufacturer in North America. MIRCOM GROUP product brands include MIRCOM, SECUTRON and SUMMIT.
MIRCOM GROUP products are distributed via our branch offices in both Canada and the United States, and through Engineered Systems Distributors (ESDs) across North America and worldwide. THE MIRCOM GROUP has customers in over 40 countries around the globe, and we’re growing!
A key strengths of THE MIRCOM GROUP is our Research and Development team. We are proud of our dedicated and professional team of engineers who deliver systems that meet the strict approvals requirements of regulatory bodies such as Underwriters Laboratories (UL/ULC), Factory Mutual (FM), California State Fire Marshal (CSFM), City of New York (MEA), and City of Chicago. Our multiple product lines allow us to quickly integrate the strengths of a specific product across our entire family to consistently offer the top level of quality and protection that facilities require.
Headquartered in Toronto, Canada, SECUTRON operates from a state of the art facility. Executive management works together with our plant managers, engineers, and front line staff to respond quickly to customer needs. We are a relatively large company that thinks globally and acts locally, avoiding the bureaucracy and frustration that can often result from dealing with less flexible enterprises. While many manufacturers offer fire as an “add-on” solution to their featured product lines, it is our focus and what we specialize in. You can be assured we are committed to offering the best products for the best value in the markets.
To ensure you can work easily with us wherever you are, SECUTRON’ has established a distributor network with dealers that are specially trained in the use, installation and servicing of our products. Additionally, SECUTRON has branch offices in major metropolitan cities throughout Canada and we’re growing in the United States, India, and the rest of the world. In 2008 we unveiled a new distribution center and training facility in Niagara Falls, N.Y. and have also opened three factory owned support offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, California, Chicago and Illinois. We are also proud of our international direct office based in Bangalore, India, in operation since 2007.
